Steamed prawns with bruised garlic and scallion oil
Raw Materials: fresh prawns, garlic, paprika and green peppers
Recipe:
1. Cut off the prawn’s heads and peel off their side husks. Place them in order on a plate and add some cooking wine pickling for 5minutes.
2. Mix some bruised garlic, paprika and green pepper sprinkles, salt, and sugar together into the cooking wine in a bowl, and spread it on each of the prawn.
