Today we invite a master hand to introduce two kinds of Chinese food.

Our special guest today is Lady Qu. Her colorful chapter makes her very charming among friends. Lady Qu is an authentic cooking master, whenever she brings her own made dishes for friends to share, every dish stands for their complement. Deep fried chicken wings stuffed with ham

Raw materials: chicken wings, mushrooms, scallion, ham, spring cabbage

Key points:

1.      Spring cabbage is good for curing angiocardiopathy and deferring growing old.

2.      When seasoning, sugar should be added at last so as to make the fried chicken wings golden.

3.      The ham stuffed in the chicken wings must be appropriate for the wings will shrink a little when frying.

The course serves cheap but brilliant color and excellent taste.

Raw materials: dried shrimp( big size), lettuce, white turnip, carrot

Recipe:

1. Scoop the carrot, white turnip and lettuce into balls with a specific cooking utensil. Scald them with boiling water.

2. Soak some dried shrimp in water in advance. Stir-fry them in hot oil for a few minutes and pick them up for standby preparation.

3. Start another pot and heat appropriate edible oil. When the oil is hot, put some scallion and ginger shreds and give them a quick frying. Next, put the balls in and add thick soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, chicken soup and keep frying with a sharp fire for three minutes.

4. Pick them up into a plate and dress with thin starchy sauce.

Nutritive peculiarity: Lettuce is rich in potassium, which is one of the element necessary for people with high blood pressure.
