Mother stock: flour, corn meal, celery leaves
Accessories: custard power, eggs, chicken essence, salt, sugar
Reasons for recommendation:
Celery is rich in iron, which can be used in hypoglycemia therapy. The flapjack is more wonderful in taste with aromatic custard power.
Recipe:
Mince the clean celery as much as possible. Add it into appropriate amount of water and flour, corn flour. Then add some custard power, whipped egg sauce, chicken essence, salt, sugar and then mix well into paste. Heat some edible oil in a pan. When it is hot, sprinkle the paste in the pan. Lay the paste open with a cooking spade and keep pan-frying with a slow fire for 3 minutes. Flip it over for another 3 minutes’ frying.
Key points:
1. The proportion of white flour and corn flour is 1:1. 2. Two small spoons of custard powder can increase a flavor of milk. 3. The paste must be mixed well enough to avoid trickled pastry. 4. Salt, sugar and chicken essence can be added according to different tastes.
