Recipe:
Use starchy to wrap up the coldwater shrimps and quick fry them in the hot oil. Add bruised garlic and pick the shrimps up until they have turned golden. When frying, first add garlic, then the dry red pepper, wild pepper, and hot green pepper. Put the shrimp in the pot again and season them with two spoons of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt and one spoon of white sugar. At last sprinkle boiled white sesame, nuts and chicken essence before the whole dish is accomplished.
