12-10-1 Stewed chicken wings with straw mushrooms(Dec.10)

Today’s leading health dish: Stewed chicken wings with straw mushrooms Mother stock: chicken wings, straw mushroomsAccessories: salt, chicken essence, scallion, ginger, starch 

Recipe:

 1. Clean the chicken wings, quick boil them for standby preparation.  2. Clean the straw mushrooms and quick boil them too.

 3. Heat some edible oil in a terrine and fry the chicken wings for a few minutes, adding some seasoning and the straw mushrooms. 

4. At last cover the lid on and keep stewing for about 20 minutes. After that, sprinkle some chicken essence, dressing it with starchy sauce. The whole dish is accomplished.

Tips:

 

1.      Straw mushroom is a low cholesterol diet. Furthermore, it can increase anticancer power.

 

2.      The chicken wings can be more fresh by adding some cooking wine when sautéing them.

 

3.      Keep sautéing the chicken wings until their skin has turned golden.

 

4.      The features of the dish: fresh and flagrant while with little salt and oil.
