Key material:Bean curd, ham, champignon,winter bamboo shoots,peas,carrot,shrimp, scallop
Seasoning:salt, essence of chicken,starch mixed in water
Before cooking:
1. Sliced whole key material
2. Boiling sliced bean curd in bline
3. scalding other key material
Cooking processes:
Put whole sliced the key material when stock is boiling.Then add salt and essence of chicken.After two minutes put the starch mixed in water in the pot for a wihle.
