Today special: Potherb mustard bun
Key material:
Spontaneous powder,Potherb mustard, allium,ginger,minced meat
Seasoning:
salt, Chinese win sauce,sugar,sesame oil,milk
Before cooking:
1. Scalding potherb mustard in warm water about 2 hours

2. Put milk in the spontaneous powder and make it to dough for waiting expand double size


4. Mince the alliums,gingers and potherb mustard

Cooking processes:
1.Some oil in pot,freid the miced meat

2.Mix all key materials and add a little salt,win sauce,sugar and sesame oil
3.Cut the dough to some sections
4.Make one section to thin cake and packet the stuffing to bun
5.Steamed all buns about 20 minutes
