Today special:Shred ginger fried the fillet of cattle(sirloin)
Key material:
the fillet of cattle,ginger,garlic,
Seasoning:
salt,sugar,pepper,tomato sauce,starch,tomato ketchup,chinese win sauce
Before cooking:
1. Remove the membrane of sirloin
2. Slice the sirloin then put chinese win sauce,pepper and juiced gingers

3. Mince the ginger and garlics
4. Cover the starch whole surface of sirloin
Cooking processes:
1.Deep-fried the sliced sirloin when oil heat 60% in the pot

2.Remove their extra oil
3.Add a little oil in the other pot and fried the minced ginger and garlics
4.Put a little salt,sugar,tomato sauce,tamato ketchup and sliced sirloin then mix them
5.shred the gingers on the dish
