Fried eggs with driced small shrimps and tofu(bean curd)
Today special:Fried eggs with driced small shrimps and tofu(bean curd)
Key material:
3 eggs,100g driced small shrimps,100g tofu,150g alliums
Seasoning:
salt,pepper,chinese essence of chicken
Before cooking:
1. Scald the driced small shrimps and squeeze some water from them

2. Boil the tofu for five minutes then pick it from water and dice it

3. Mince the allium

4. Break up 3 eggs

Cooking processes:
1.Mix the diced tofu,mince the allium and driced small shrimps in the eggs liquid
2.Add a little salt,pepper and chinese essence of chicken in eggs liquid
3.Some oil in the pot and fried the eggs liguid to egg pie
4.Cut the egg pie to 4 pieces

Attension:
1.Good taste with tomato ketchup
2.Suitable for the elderly and children to eat
