Today special:Braised the rabbit meat with chestnuts and jujubes
Key material:
rabbit meat,chestnuts,jujubes,ginger,allium



Seasoning:
red win,soy,oil
Before cooking:
1. Cube the rabbit meat
2. Hold the cubed rabbit meat within soy and red win for 15 minutes

3. Mince the allium and ginger
4. Peller the chestnuts then steam the chestnuts and jujubes to well done


Cooking processes:
1.Some oil in the pot and sauted the cubed rabbit meat to 70% mature then out of pot
2.Add a little oil in the pot fried the minced the alliums and gingers for a while
3.Fried the cubed rabbit meat and add soy and red win in the pot then cover the hot water with them
4.Braised them to 80% ripe then add chestnuts and jujubes until boiled no sauce
