Chinese Waxgourd,scallop,garlic
Seasoning:
salt
Before cooking:
1. Skinning the chinese waxgourd and slice them


2. Shelling the fresh scallops and clean them


3. Mince the garlics


Cooking processes:
1.Put the scallops on the sliced the waxgourd in the plate
2.Add a little salt and minced the garlics on dish
3.Steam about 10 minutes

Attention:
put minced red peppers and alliums on dish to good-looking color
