Key material:
Chinese ricegourd,radishes,dry shrimps,dry mushrooms,sausage,alliums

Seasoning:
salt,chinese essence of chicken
Before cooking:
1.Shred the white radishes and boiling them

2.Mince the alliums and the sausage

3.Sop the dry shrimps and dry mushrooms for 30 minutes then Slice the mushrooms


4.Add a little cold water in the chinese ricegourd and mix the shredded the white radishes for repared

Cooking processes:
1.Put a little oil in the pot and fried the minced alliums
2.Cook the dry shrimps without water,sausage and mushrooms then put a little salt and chinese essence of chicken in them

3.Mix the cooked food with repared chinese ricegourd
4.Put the mixed chinese ricegourd on wet chinese cuisine cloth and steame for 45 minutes

5.Cut the cold chinese ricegourd cake to one piece about 2cm thick

6.Pan-fried the one piece cake to surface is golden skin
