Key material:
lean meat 300g,green onion 100g,an egg,ginger
Seasoning:
salt 1g,sugar 20g,beijing sweet soybean paste 80g,starch 2g,oil 150g,chinese win sauce 5g,soy sauce 5g
Before cooking:
1.Shred the lean meat and add a little chinese win sauce,salt,starch and egg then mix them
2.Cut the green onion to retain the onion white and shred the noion white
3.Mince the other green onion and ginger and soak in the water
Cooking processes:
1.Put oil(80g) in the pot and freid the shreded lean meat to well done
2.Add oil(70g) in the other pot, when oil is warm then freid the beijing sweet saybean paste,sugar,soy sauce and the soaked water
3.When the cooked sauce looked viscous then add lean meat and freid to uniform cover on each one
