Chinese Food Recipe:Roast chicken wings with tea and pineapple
Key material:
chicken wings 2pounds(about 10)Black tea 3g,pineapple 300g
Seasoning:
sugar 100g,oil 30g,salt 5g,chinese win sauce
Before cooking:
1. Brew black tea with boiling water
2. Scalding the chicken wings and put them in the black tea
3. Cut the pineapple to cubes
Cooking processes:
1. Add oil and sugar in the pot and fried them to out of the red-brown foam
2. Fried the chick wings in the sugar foam and cover the skin of wings
3. Add black tea,salt and chinese win sauce in the pot then cook them in brown sauce
4. Put the pineapple cubes in the same pot then fried to wings is rare and sauce is thick.
5. Put the wings and pineapple with brown sauce on the baking sheet then package them
6. Back the dish about 15 minutes by 250 degrees in the oven
