In ancient times,The goods and the monks sended the gruel and the steamed bun
for the regugees face to natural disasters from the chinese food culture.
The steamed bun(steamed bread) is the most traditional food in China.
Many refugees can only eat instant foods in the disaster areas now.
Ahthough I am very far from the disaster areas,but I still hope that other people send the steamed bun around them.

Before cooking:
1.Put the yeast flour in the warm water(about 35 degrees) and mix it
2.Make dough with the yeast water and warm water then mixing of non-stop.
3.Kneading dough to the surface will be smooth
4.Cover the cleaned wet cloth on the dough and placed in a warm place to ferment.
Cooking processes:
1.When the dough expand double size you knead the dough more time with a little plain flour
2.Hold the dough covered with wet cloth about 20 minutes.
3.Cut the dough to some sections and cook them to the bun
4.Put the bun in the steam drawer with cold water and hold them for a monment
5.Boiling by big fire and turn to middle fire to steam bun for 40 minutes.
