Chinese Food Recipe:chinese glutinous rice cake
Key material:
glutinous rice 500g,red bean 200g,dry jujube 100g ,hawthorn cake 100g
Seasoning:
brown sugar 100g,water
Before cooking:
1.Clean the glutinous rices and steep them about 4 hours in the warm water.
2.Clean the red beans and steep them to soft.
3.Boiling the beans and the dry jujubes respectively.
4.The red bean mud was ground from the cooked red beans and brown sugar.
5.Shred the hawthorn cake.
Cooking processes:
1. Steam the steeped rices to well done.
