Seasoning:
chinese fennel,salt,chinese chili sauce within the fermented beans,chinese win sauce,soy sauce
Before cooking:
1.Clean the celery and strip them.
2.Slice the elder ginger and green onion.
3.Cut the dry chili about 2cm snippet by the scissors.
4.Bning the cooked chicken and tear them to some strips about 1 cm wide.
Cooking processes:
1. Add a little oil in the pot and fried the cutted ginger,onion and dry chili to smell out.
2. Put a little chinese chili sauce and fried a while then add all the tore chicken.
3. Add the stripped celery and put a little chinese win sauce and soy sauce in the dish then keep on fried.
4. Spread the white sesame on the dish.
5. Fix the other continued heating pot for this dish.
