Chinese Food Recipe:Braised pettitoes with chili

Many foreigners do not eat the pettitoes but chinese people like this.Good for the skin since the pettitoes is rich in collagen.This dish looks very complicated but in fact the operation is very simple.
Key material:
pettitoes,dry chili,garlic,ginger,allium
Seasoning:
wild pepper,salt,black soy sauce,vinegar,fines herbs
Before cooking:
1.Clean the pettitoes and cut them piecemeal.

2.Slice the ginger and garlic.
3.Add the piecemeal pettitoes in the hot water and boiling them for 3 minutes.

4.Pick the pettitoes without hotwater and clean them within warm water.
Cooking processes:
1. Add a little oil in the pot and fried the cutted ginger and allium,fines herbs,wild pepper and dry chili to smell out.

2. Put the pettitoes in the pot and fried them.

3. Add other seasoning then mix them in the same pot.

4. Pick the dish in the pressure cooker and cover the warm water on the pettitoes.

5. Cook in the pressure cooker about 40 minutes.
6. Pick the dish in the first pot and go on fried until the gravy has thickened.Dish off.
