Sichuan cuisine is the main type of traditional flavor.This tast from modulate with pickled chilli,onion, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce and other condiments. Whether the elderly or children like to eat this dish.
Key material:
* 150 g Pork,
* 30 g Black fungus,
* 20 g Bell pepper,
* 30 g Bamboo shoots,
* 30 g carrot,
* 1 stalk Green onion,
* 2 cloves Garlic
* 10 g Pickled chilli
* 10 g Ginger
Marinade:
* 1/4 tsp Chicken powder
* 1/2 tsp Starch
* 1/3 tsp Salad oil
Sauce:
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Chicken powder
* 1 tsp Sugar
* 1 tsp Vinegar
* 1 tsp Light soya sauce
* 1 tbsp Starchy solution
Before cooking:
1.Clean the pork and shred it.
2.Make the marinade and mix the shredded pork in the marinade for 15 minutes.
3.Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
4.Shred the bell pepper , bamboo shoots and carrot.
5.Soak the black fungus and shred thinly.
6.Finely chop ginger, onion and pickled chilli.

Cooking processes:
1. Heat up a skillet with oil, adding pork. Stir until almost cooked.
2. Add in chopped ginger, onion and pickled chilli until fragrant.
3. Add in black fungus, bell pepper and carrots.
4. Pour in the prepared sauce. Stir until well-combined and dish off.
