Today special more suitable for the children.Fresh and tenderness,sweet with slightly acid.It is innovative Cantonese Dishes.
Key material:
shrimp,onion,tomato,garlic,chili,
Seasoning:
oil,salt,ketchup,dried parsley
Before cooking:
1.Shell the shrimps and devin them,wash them and dry them up with the kitchen papper.


2.Core and chop the chili.
3.Peel and chop two tomatoes.
4.Mince the half onion and 1 clove garlic.
Cooking processes:
1.Stir-fry the onion with oil over the medium heat until the onion transparent, about 3 minutes.
2.Add in minced garlic and chili. Fried until the garlic appears golden in colour.
3.Add in diced tomatoes and dry parsley. Flavoured with ketchup and a little salt.

4.Turn the heat down and stir briefly about 5 minutes.Add in shrimps and stir until all the shrimps coated with the tomato sauce.
5.Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the shrimps are done. Dish off.
