Good heaty with eat chinese yam.According to Chinese medicine research, chinese yam will benefit your Kidney.Now the summer is coming,High temperatures have started up.Eat this dish can also not so hot.This taste can be equipped with appetizers.

Key material:
* 1 stalk chinese yam,

* 30 g chinese wolfberry,

Seasoning:
* 4 tsp chinese sugar sweet-osmanthus sauce

* 2 tsp rock candy

Before cooking:
1. Clean chinese wolfberry and put them in the warm water about 10 minutes.

2. Peel and clean its mucus then shred it.

3. Rock candy dissolves in water and set aside when it is cold.
Cooking processes:
1.Boil the shredded chinese yam in the pot about 5–7minutes then pick them without water.

2.Put the cooked chinese yam in the rock candy water about 2 hours in the fridge.
