Today special is one of beijing famous dishes.This was the ordinary people’s favorite dish.The Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.If you can come to Beijing.Don’t forget taste this.
Key material:
Handmade Noodles,
peas,
soybeans,
cucumber,
bean sprouts,
celery,
chinese cabbage,
chinese water radish,
pork(fat:lean,3:7),
spring onion,
ginger
Seasoning:
oil,
salt,
Beijing bean paste
Before cooking:
1.Clean the cucumber,chinese cabbage and chinese water radish and shred thinly
2.Dice the pork,celery and spring onions.
3.Mince the ginger and clean other key materials.
4.Boil the celery,soybeans,peas,chinese cabbage and bean sprouts until done and pick them up without water.
5.Put beijing bean paste in the water and mix them.
6.Set aside all cooked vegetables with the shredded chinese water radishes and cucumbers
Cooking processes:
1. Add a lot of oil in the pot,when oil is warm you stir fried the minced ginger until golden brown.Add in 1/3 the diced spring onions until frangrant.
2. Add in the diced pork and stir fried until the fat pork transfer oil,Pour in the prepared paste.
3. Fried until the grave is viscous,add in other green onions,Turn the heat down and keep fried until smell out.Pick it on the bowl.
4. Boil handmade noodles and pick them without water.
5. The noodle mix with fried beijing paste and vegetables,dish off.
