Key material:
pork,100g
glutinous rice, 50g
ginger,10g
spring onion,15g
egg,1
carrot,1/2 stalk
shelled shrimp, 50g
Seasoning:
1 tsp essence of chicken,
1.5 tsp salt,
10 g sesame oil,(olive oil)
Before cooking:
1.Give the glutinous rice a long soak before cooking,the time more than four hours.
2.Mince the pork and shrimp to become the meat filling.
3.Mince the spring onion, ginger and carrot.
4.Pick the glutinous rice without water after 4 hours and mix a liitle oil and salt .
Cooking processes:
1.Put all key material and seasoning without the glutinous rice in the bowl then mix them and keep stirring in one direction.
2.Make the meat ball about 3cm diameter by your hand and put it rooling in the glutinous until the glutinous covered the skin of the meatball.
3.Put all products in the steam drawer and cook these about 15 minutes.
