o(∩_∩)o Chines Food Menu:Zong Zi(glutinous rice dumpling)
Living in the south of the Yangtze River in China where we often referred to as the southerners,while living in north of the Yangtze River we called them northerners.Cook Zong Zi is traditional practices on this day in the Dragon Boat Festival in China.Yesterday, on the northerners favorite dumplings.The southerners prefer Zong Zi with meat.

Key material:
glutinous rice 1500g,
reed mace(bamboo leaf),
pork 900g,
Seasoning:
soy sauce 120g,(with glutinous rice)
salt 10g,(with glutinous rice)
soy sauce 80g,
salt 15g,
sugar 60g,
chinese win sauce 5g,
Monosodium glutamate 3g,
Before cooking:
1.Give the glutinous rice a long soak before cooking,the time more than 8 hours.
2.Cleaned the reed mace or bamboo leaves and soaked them.
3.Clean pork and cube it.
4.Put soy sauce and salt in the rice and mix them.
5.Mix other seasoning in the cubed porks and hold for 30 minutes.

Cooking processes:
1.A couple of reed mace or the bamboo leaves overlap and fold them into a cone.
2.Pack the glutinous rice to the half cone and put one chinese pork then fill with the glutinous rice.
3.Parcel the glutinous rice and pork in the reed mace or bamboo leaves then tight bundle with a piece of thread.

4.Boil all products about 1 hour and turn the heat down then go on cook for 2 hours.

Attention:
1. Water must be overwhelmed Zong Zi for cooking.
