Key material:
glutinous rice powder 200g,
bean paste 100g,
sesame seeds 50g,
Seasoning:
sugar 70g,
Shortening 20g,
Before cooking:
1.Pour the water into the glutinous rice powder and sugar to form a smooth dough.
2.Add the shortening and knead until the dough smooth.

Cooking processes:
1.Divide the dough into 25 portions, each about 20 grams.
2.Divide bean paste into 25 portions to form the filling.
3.Flatten each piece of dough .
4.Place a portion of filling in middle and gather edges of skin to enclose filling. Pinch to seal. Roll each filled skin into a ball.
5.Coat outside with sesame seeds.
6.Heat oil and deep fry products over medium heat for 5 minutes until skin of chinese pastry are golden.
