Pumpkin 250g,
bean paste 50g,
plain flour 50g,
Seasoning:
sugar 70g,
Before cooking:
1.Peel the pumpkin and slice it.
2.Steam the peeled pumpkins and crush the cooked pumpkins until it become the mud.
3.Mix the pumpkins,plain flour,sugar and glutinous rice powder to form a smooth dough.

Cooking processes:
1.Divide the dough into 25 portions, each about 20 grams.
2.Divide bean paste into 25 portions to form the filling.
3.Flatten each piece of dough .
4.Place a portion of filling in middle and gather edges of skin to enclose filling.
5.Pinch to seal and squash everyone to form a pie slowly.

6.Heat oil and deep fry the pumpkin pie over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden.
