Seasoning:
4 tsp rock candy,(5 tsp brown sugar)
1.5 tsp honey,
Before cooking:

Cooking processes:
1.Cut one-quarter of the lotus root in the local open.

4.Put rock candy in the water and cook the lotus root with a lot of chinese jujube then after boiling turn the heat down and cook about 50 minutes.
5.Pick the lotus root and put it until it is cold then slice it.
6.Pour the honey on the sliced lotus root.
Attention:
1.Brown sugar in the water then boil the lotus root for red color looked.
2.Put the cold water on the knife for prevent adhesion when slice the lotus root.
3.pour in your love juice on the sliced lotus root is a good choice.
