Key material:
glutinous rice powder 250g,
mango juice 250mg,
mango 100g,
Seasoning:
sugar 10 teaspoon,
desiccated coconut,
Before cooking:
1. Mango - peeled, seeded and chopped.
2. Add sugar in the mango juice.
3. Pour the mango juice in the glutinous rice powder and mix until combine batter.
Cooking processes:
1. Heating the batter in the microwave oven 5 minutes.
2. Pick the glutinous rice powder skin and put it to warm.
3. Flatten one section of the skin and place a portion of filling(the mango) in middle and gather edges of skin to enclose filling then pinch to seal.
4. Roll each filled skin into a ball and coat outside with desiccated coconut.
