o(∩_∩)o Chines Food Menu:Steam Short Ribs with Glutinous Rice
Eat this dish with spoon.Delicious since short ribs combined glutinous rice.Glutinous rice has absorbed the essence of pumpkin and ribs.Adults and children should be like this dish.
Key material:
glutinous rice 200g,
short ribs(pork) 250mg,
pumpkin(chinese cabbage),
Seasoning:
sugar,
soy sauce,
salt,
sugar,
chinese wine sauce(chinese rice wine),
sesame oil,
Before cooking:
1. Mix all seasoning in the short ribs and hold for one night in fridge.
2. Give the glutinous rice a long soak before cooking,the time more than two hours.

Cooking processes:
1. Open the top of pumpkin and seed it.
2. Mix short ribs and glutinous rice without water.
3. Put key material in the pumpkin and steam about 1 hour.
(3. Cover key material on a chinese cabbage beaf and steam about 30 minutes.)
Attention:
If you like the flavor of lotus leaf , cook this dish with the wrapped up lotus leaf.
