Wonton is a famous food in China.Its equivalent dumplings but dumplings without soup.Wonton look like golden ingot.Therefore, in ancient times was that this could make a fortune to eat Wonton.There are many filling of Wonton.Good choice with mix other vegetables in filling.

Key material:
Minced pork 300g,
Shrimp 100g,
Ginger 25g,
Onion 25g,
Flour 200g,
Egg ,
Starch 30g,

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp sugar,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp essence of chicken,
3tsp sesame oil,
1/2 tsp pepper
Before cooking:
1.Pour the water into the wheat flour. Mix to form a smooth dough.
2.Flatten the dough until it become thin skin.

3.Pour the starch on the skin and collapse skin then divide into some Trapezoid of the jackets.Set aside.


4.Shell the shrimp and mince them.
5.Mince the ginger and onion.
Cooking processes:
1.Put all seasoning in the minced pork then add in shrimp ,ginger and onion.

2.Mix one egg in them and stir in accordance with a direction until it is been filling.

3.Place a portion of filling in one-third of the skin and gather edges of skin to enclose filling.

4.Package way with this chart.(smear water with the site of red line and smilling face)


5.Boil the wonton in the boiling water about 10 minutes.

6.Put laver,dry mini shrimp,pepper and salt in a bowl and pour woton with soup in a bowl.
