Key material:
squid 200g,
chili 1 stalk,
onion 25g,
garlic 1 clove,
green pepper 1 stalk,
ginger 15g,
leek seedling 50g,

Seasoning:
1 tsp light soy sauce,
1/2 tsp vinegar,
1 tsp red wine,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper,
1 tbsp starchy solution,
Before cooking:
1. Clean the squid and divide them.
2. Scalding them and pick the scalded squid in the cold water.


3. Chop the chili ,onion,garlic,green pepper and ginger.
4. Slice the leek seedling and set aside.
Cooking processes:
1. Heat up a skillet with oil,adding chili,onion,garlic,green pepper.Stir until almost cooked.

2. Turn heat down then stir the squid without water and the sliced leek seedling about 1 minute.
3. Pour in salt,light soy sauce,red wine,vinegar and starchy solution.Stir until well-combined and dish off.

Attention:
In order not to affect taste.Don’t stir the squid for a long time.
