Chinese Food Recipe:Steam the bitter gourd with minced pork

Summer is coming in China.Chinese people have the habit of summer eating bitter gourd.Its green jacket watched on the cool.Eat a bitter gourd can be removed hot.
Key material:
Pork 200g,
Bitter gourd 3 stalk,
Spring Onion 10 stalk,
Dried mushroom(champignon) 50g,
Ginger 10g
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp essence of chicken,
3tsp sesame oil,
1/2 tsp pepper,
2 tsp soy sauce,
5 tsp starchy solution,
Before cooking:
1.Clean the bitter gourd and divide it into some portions,each about 3cm thickness.Then seed them.
2.Chop the pork until it become mud.
3.Mince spring onion,dried mushroom and ginger.
4.Pour peepr ,salt and sesame oil in the minced pork with onion and champignon.
5.Stir in accordance with a direction until it is been filling.
Cooking processes:
1.Place a portion of filling in the divided bitter gourd.
2.Put all products on a serving plate.
3.Steam the bitter gourd with filling about 15 minutes
4.Heat up a skillet with oil,add the chopped ginger until fragrant,add in essence of chicken, soy sauce and starchy solution until become sauce.
5.Pour the sauce cover the bitter gourd.
Attention:
Don’t pour the sauce on the bitter gourd for good color.
