Today’s special is one of the preference food in China.This dish is very incense and very simple,so many people like to cook this.

Key material:

noodle 150g,

beans 1 stalk,

spring onion 25g,

garlic 3 clove,

ginger 15g,

pork 25g,

Seasoning:

3 tsp soy sauce(15ml)

1 tsp sesame oil(5ml)

1 tsp salt(5g)

Before cooking:

1. Slice the pork and pour in 1 tsp soy sauce then mix and hold about 20 minutes.

2. Clean and remove the old part of beans then divided into some sections.

3. Chop the ginger and spring onion and slice garlic.

1. Heat up a skillet with more oil,adding spring onion and ginger then stir until smell out.

2. Fried the pork until discoloration then add beans and fried a few minutes.

3. Pour in the salt, soy sauce and water and cooked until boiling.

4. Place the noodle flat and pour in a little water on them then turn the heat down and put the lid on the skillet.

5. Braise until well done add in garlics and sesame oil in it then mix and stir well.

Attention:

In order to shorten the cooking time to cook noodles until medium done,    but a little taste of distinction.
