codfish 200g,

50g dry mushroom,

3 slice of ham,

10g ginger,

1 clove of garlic,

1 stalk of spring onion,

Seasoning:

2 tsp Salt black bean soy sauce

1 tsp chinese wine sauce or chinese rice wine

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp pepper


Before cooking:

1.Scaled the codfish and clean it then place on the serve plate.

2.Soak the dry mushroom and shred thinly.

3.Chop the gairlic,ginger and spring onion.

4.Shred the ham.

Cooking processes:

1.Kitchen paper absorb water of codfish’s surface.
2.Pour the shreded ham on the codfish and put the chopped ginger ,garlic and spring onion on the ham.
3.Cover the mushroom on the codfish and pour in all seasoning.

4.Steam it about 10 minutes.
