o(∩_∩)o Chinese Food Recipe:Fried diced chicken with chili sauce
Today introduced the dish is a well-known dish in China.Some foreigners have been to China also likes to eat this.It is said that the foreign friends is a favorite of Chinese cuisine. It is so delicious,If you do not believe it then to give it a try.
Key material:
500g pigeon breast,
50g dry chili,
75g cooked peanut,
200g lettuce,
2 stalk of spring onion,
25g garlic,
25g ginger,

Seasoning:
2 tbsp wild pepper
Marinade:
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp starch
1 egg white
Sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chinese rice wine
1 tbsp starchy solution
0.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp minced garlic
Before cooking:
1.Dice the pigeon breast ,spring onion and lettuce.
2.Mix the diced pigeon breast with the marinade and let stand for about 30 minutes.
3.Slice the ginger and garlic.
4.Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Cooking processes:
1.Heat up a skillet with more oil and fried the diced pigeon breast until medium done.
2.Pick the cooked pigeon breast and drain oil.
3.Keep about 2 tbsp oil in the skillet and heat up then fried dry chili,wild pepper,ginger and garlic until fragrant.
4.Add in lettuce, cooked pigeon breast and spring onion.
5.Pour in the perpared sauce then add in cooked peanut.
6.Stir them until well-combined and dish off.
Attention:
Green peppers and cucumber in this dish are good choices.
