o(∩_∩)o Chinese Cold Food:Sea belt with garlic

Key material:
Sea belt(kelp) 300g,
Green pepper 20g,
Red pepper 20g,
Garlic 10g
Seasoning:
1.5 tsp salt,
2 tsp sesame oil,
0.5 tsp sugar,
2 tsp vinegar,
Before cooking:
1. Clean and shred sea belt to thinly.
2. Chop the garlic,green pepper and red pepper.

Cooking processes:
1.Boil the shreded sea belt about 8 minutes.
2.Pick the cooked sea belt in cold water.
3.Put the chopped garlic and peppers on the sea belt without cold water then pour in boiled oil.

4.Mix all seasoning in sea belt and stir to combine.
