o(∩_∩)o Chinese Food Recipe:Rice with Curry Beef

This dish is very popular among the young people.Japanese also like to eat curry.There are both beef and vegetable,,nutrition is very rich. If you do not believe that it’s very delicious then you try to cook this.
Key material:
beef 500g,
onion 250g,
potato 500g,
carrots 300g,
green pepper 100g,
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt,
0.5 tsp pepper,
golden curry sauce 150g,
Before cooking:
1.Cut the Beef , Potato, Carrots and Green Pepper in bite-size.
2.Fine dice half an onion.
3.Dump the beef stew in to hot boiling water for a couple of minutes to remove the bloody taste and excessive “stuff” on the meat.
4.Break curry sauce into small pieces.
Cooking processes:
1. Use a large cooking Pot or a Skillet, turn the stove on to Medium High. Put 3 quarter cup of cooking oil and about a table spoon of butter in the Skillet. After the butter all melts, put diced onion and beef in. Add some pepper and salt, stir fry the beef until it begins to turn brown on the outside.

2. Add enogh water to cover all the beef stew, bring the liquid to a BOIL, turn down the stove to Medium Low. Set the timer about 15 - 20 mins. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the beef keep happy insid.
3. When the timer starts to beep, then it’s time to put the entire “package” in, bring it to a BOIL again, turn down to Mediun Low and let it cook for about 30mins or till the Potato is Fork-Tender.

4. Put curry sauce in the skillet,stir the mix constantly. After all the pieces are putted in, turn down the heat to Low, stir it for another 5 mins or so.

5. Put the Beef Curry on the side of a big scoop of rice.


Attention:
If you do not have curry sauce, curry powder can be replaced.

Curry powder must be used to fried with hot oil.
