Chinese Food Recipe: Cold Pork with Minced Garlic

Today special is a famous Chinese cold dish.It is time during Beijing the Olympic Games now.I introduce this dish to everyone. I hope that all athletes can enjoy this delicious dish.

Key material:
Pork 500g
Spring onion 50g
Ginger 50g
Garlic 100g
Seasoniong:
0.5tsp Salt
0.5 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp chili oil
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fine stock

Before cooking:
1.Clean the pork .
2.Chop the ginger and spring onion.
3.Mince the garlic and stand by.
Cooking processes:
1. Put whole piece of pork in hot water and add in ginger, spring onion and a pinch of salt. Boil over medium heat for about half hours. Leave it to cool.


2. Cut pork into thin slices and arrange on a plate.

3. Mix well seasonings and minced garlic. Pour over the pork.
Attention:
Put the seasoning in dish and mix then keep it more than 30 minutes for better taste.
