Chinese Food Recipe: Deep-Fried pork balls

Today special is one of the famous Beijing dish.This dish is a good patner with Chinese wine at group time.I like to eat this very much,so I recommend this for you. Chinese cuisine seems complex but special operation is not difficulty.
Key material:
Pork 500g
Spring onion 50g
Ginger 50g
Water chestnuts 100g
Egg
Seasoniong:
1.5tsp Salt
0.5 tsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp starch
1 tsp Chinese rice wine(Chinese wine sauce)
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fine stock
Before cooking:
1.Clean the pork and mince it.
2.Chop the ginger, spring onion and water chestnuts.

3.Break the egg and stand by.
Cooking processes:
1. Put whole key materials and seasoning in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir all in the one direction until well-combine.
3. Make some pork balls,each one about 3cm diameter by your hand.

4. Deep fried the meat ball until well-done.



Attention:
Tomato ketchup and Pepper salted are good choices with this dish.
