Chinese Food Recipe: Fried golden and silver Tofu(Chinese bean curd)

It is time during the Olympic Games now,the national sports athletes try their best to win the gold medal and earn the silver medal. I introduced this dish related golden and silver.Because after fried the tofu(Chinese bean curd) show the appearance of gold and tofu is white so looked like silver. Maybe you think that so very reluctantly. But I have to say that there are many nutrients in tofu.Of couse eat this more.

金银豆腐包 菜 美食 做法

Key material:
Tofu 700g
Spring onion 150g
Shrimp 250g

Seasoniong:

1.5tsp salt
0.5 tsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp pepper
0.3 tsp Chinese rice wine(Chinese wine sauce)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
(10 tsp fine stock )

Before cooking:
1.Shell the shrimp and chop spring onion.
2.Cube the tofu , each one about 4cm diameter.
3.Deep-fried half the cubed tofu until the surface of tofu looked golden skin.

4.Cut the other half tofu and shrimp and mix them with spring onion .

5.Mix salt,pepper and sesame oil in it until it is been stuffing.

Cooking processes:
1. Cut the side of the fried tofu  ,it become the mouth tofu.

2. Put the stuffing in the package of tofu and put the cutted tofu blocked the mouth of the package of the tofu.

3.Heat up and fried the package of tofu a monment then add sugar,Chinese rice wine and soy sauce in the pot.

4.Over the package of tofu twice when you are cooking.

5. When the soup can be a sticky change,dish off.

Attention:
If you feel that complicated, I introduced a simple approach.

Before cooking:

1.Shell the shrimp and chop spring onion and green pepper(carrot,cucumber alternative).

2.Pour in all seasoniong and cooked about 10 minutes then put 3 tsp starchy solution in the pot until the soup is thick very much.

3.Put the chopped coriander on the dish if you like.
