Chinese Food Recipe: Fried the diced lotus root with Chinese chili sauce

Key material:
Lotus root 500——600g
Ham 100g
Green pepper 50g
Red pepper 50g
Edible direct Tofu 50g
Seasoniong:
1.5tsp salt
2 tbs Chinese chili sauce
0.5 tsp salt
0.3 tsp sugar
Before cooking:
1.Remove the stem of green pepper and red pepper then seed them
2.Clean the lotus root and skin it then dice.
3.Dice all key material and stand by.
Cooking processes:
1. Heat up a skillet with oil and fried the diced tofu until its surface is light golden.
2. Add the diced lotus root in the skillet and fried about 2 minutes.
3.Pour all seasoning in then add other diced key material.
4.Stir all and fried about 1 minutes until good combine then dish off.
Attention:
Since lotus root containing starch to stick pan, so you must constantly stir.
