Chinese Food Recipe: Fried the diced fillet of beef with vegetables

Key material:
fillet of beef 200g
pea 200g
yellow pepper 50g
red pepper 50g
ginger 20g
dry chili 30g
Seasoniong:
A. Sauce:
0.5tsp salt
2 tbs oyster sauce
B. Marinade:
2 tbs Chinese sweet chili garlic sauce
1 tsp starch
1 tsp Chinese rice wine(Chinese wine sauce)
1 tsp light soy sauce
Before cooking:
1.Clean the beef and dice it,each one about 10mm.
2.Make the marinade and mix the diced beef in the marinade for 15 minutes.
3.Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
4.Skin and clean peas then boil until cooked,pick them without water and stand by.
5.Dice red pepper and yellow pepper(sweet pepper) like diced beef.
Cooking processes:
1. Heat up a skillet with oil, adding sliced ginger and
dry-chili until fragrant.
2. Add in diced beef and stir until almost cooked.
3. Add in peas,red pepper and yellow pepper and fried about 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the prepared sauce. Stir until well-combined and dish off.
Attention:
You can’t add sweet chili garlic sauce in this dish if you don’t have it.
