Chinese Food Recipe: Fried wax bean(French bean) with minced pork and olive pickles

I introduce this Chinese cuision for all,because it contains meat and vegetable. Olive vegetables rich in valuable nutritious and multi-vitamins.So eat this for good healthy. Today’s special is good taste for rice.

Key material:
wax bean(French bean) 350g
pork 100g
red chili pepper 100g
garlic 30g
onion 100g

Seasoniong:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
0.5 tsp Chinese chicken essence
1 tbs Chinese rice wine(Chinese wine sauce)
1 tbs starch
2 tbs olive pickles
Before cooking:
1.Clean the wax bean(French bean) and remove its ole part then dice it (each one about 1 cm).
2.Skin the onion and garlic then mince them.
3.Chop the chili pepper into loop.

4.Clean the pork and mince it then add in soy sauce,Chinese chicken essence,Chinese rice wine and starch.(stir and hold about 15 minutes)

Cooking processes:
1. Boil the wax bean(French Bean) about 5 minutes with a little salt then pick them to dry.

2. Heat up with oil and add in onion,garlic until fragrant then fried pork and chili pepper.
3. Add in wax beans and stir them about 2 minutes.

4. Pour olive pickles in and add in 0.5 tsp salt then mix them until good combine so dish off.

Attention:
Olive pickles has a savory dishes, add in a little salt in dish is good taste.
Wax Beans must be cooked, otherwise eat this easy to food poisoning.
