Chinese Food Recipe:Sauteed slice pork with Chinese chili sauce(Sichuan chili sauce)

Key material:
Streaky Pork(meat)
Vegetable(The election of your favorite)
Ginger
Green onion
Garlic
Chinese dry Tofu
Red chili pepper and Green chili pepper
Garlic-leaf(the stem of garlic)
Seasoning:
Salt
Chicken essence
Soy sauce
Chinese chili sauce
Sweet soybean paste
Wild pepper
Before cooking:
1.Cut ginger and green onion to large piece then skin garlic.
2.Put in above these in the pot and boil with water about 5 minutes.
3.Clean pork and put it into boiled water until pork is 60% done.
4.Cut the chile pepper and dry Tofu to triangle then cut the garlic-leaf to many sections,stand by.
5. Remove pork from the pot and slice it when it is warm.
Cooking processes:
1.Heat up the pan and add in oil then fried the sliced pork until rolled.
2.Remove the sliced pork to the side of this pan and oil stay other side in this then fried Chinese chili sauce until marked oil.
3.Pour in sweet soy bean paste and soy sauce in then mix.
4.Add in the cutted chili pepper and dry Tofu then pour in a little salt and Chicken essence then stir them.
5.Last add garlic-leaf in and heat off then stir until good combine,dish off.
Attention:
When you remove pork from the pot,you also pick the ginger,green onion and wild pepper out broth then you add in the sliced Wax gourd or the sliced radish and cook for 10 minutes.last add in salt you will catch the delicious soup.
