Today’s special named Jisi Liangmian in China.Jisi(鸡丝) meaning the sliced chickenmeat in Chinese.Ji(鸡) means chicken.Liangmian(凉面) named cold noodle in Chinese.

Key material:
Chinese noodle 250g
Drumstick (chicken grade leg)  2 pieces of this
Ginger 20g
Cucumber 100g
Spring onion 20g
Green bean sprouts 200g
Wild pepper 10g
Garlic  8 doves
Sesame

Sauce:
6 tbs of Sesame sauce
8 tbs of cold water
1 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs of vinegar
1 tbs of chili sauce
1 tbs seasoned soy sauce for seafood
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of sesame oil
0.5 tsp of chicken essence

Before cooking:
1.Boil the chicken grade legs with ginger,green onion and wild pepper until welldone then pick drumstick without water and put them cold.
2.Clean and shred cucumbe.
3.Scald the green bean sprouts about 1 minutes then pick without water.
4.Skin the garlic and mince.

Cooking processes:
1.Cook noodle,when noodle is welldone you will put them in cold water until noodle is cold.

2.Put the noodle to drain and mix a little olive oil until stir to not adhesion.

3.Mix all sauce and minced garlic in a bowl and stir one direction.
4.Skin the drumstick and shred.

4.Cover  the shred cucumber ,green bean sprouts and shred drumstick on the noodle then pour in sauce with sesame,stir until good combined ,dish off.
