Meat(pork) 180g
Garlic (5 clove of)
Seasoning:
4 tbsp of oil
1/3 tbsp of salt
1/3 tbsp of soy sauce
1/3 tbsp of essence of chicken
Marinade:
½ tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of starch
1/5 tbsp of essence of chicken

Before cooking:
1.Remove the old past of kidney beans and divide them ,each one about 4 cm long.

2.Clean the meat and slice it and put it in the marinade sauce then hold least 5 minutes.

3.Skin garlic and chop them.
Cooking processes:
1.Heat up with 2 tbsp of oil in the pot and fried half of garlic until fragrant then cook the sliced meat.

2.Pick the cooked meat out of pot when its color become white and add in other 2 tbsp of oil in the pot.

3.Add in the kidney beans and fried about 3 minutes then add in other seasoning and half garlic ,go on cook with 2 tbsp of water then cook with the cooked meat until welldone,dish off.
