Ingredients:
The heart of duck 300g
Mushrooms 200g
Ginger 30g
Garlic 20g
Green onion 20g
Spring onion 10g
Seasoning:
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of essence of chicken
0.5 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of starchy liquid
Methods:
1.Clean all ingredients and cut the heart of duck in half.

2.Slice ginger and garlic,cut green onion then chop spring onion.

3.Heat up with a little oil in the pot and fried ginger,garlic and green onion until fragrants.
4.Fried the heart of duck a while then add in mushrooms and pour in oyster sauce,stir until good combined.

5.Add in one cup of water and braise them with lid.
6. The broth has not completely disappeared,pour into starchy liquid and other seasoning then mix,dish off.
7.Pour the chopped spring onion into this dish.
